Overview
An Uncontested Divorce is where the parties are in agreement to all aspects of their divorce including, but not limited to, their children and/or any property that the parties may have. These Flat Fees include the drafting of all documents, any edits that are needed, the filing fees, and attendance at the final hearing.
A Contested Divorce is when the parties use the Court's intervention to settle their case.
